stock t bars
not cranked real hard, but past horizontal to the ground on the a arms
air shox fairly low around 60psi
1/2" lift or so from shox
it still bottoms rarely
(no bump stops)
the ride is exceptional for stock a arms i'd say
since they are 4 runner rear shox, i think they are underdamped for a truck front, but the air helps
if u change the psi more than around 20 psi, it changes the toe which annoys me
but u can air up and down at will and get back original toe ...
i guess i can fully extend the front end with enuf air, i forget
so i've come to this setup which works good on street and off road
they say u can add up to 200 psi
80 psi makes the front noticeably firm
but still not harsh like a metal spring...
paint is worn
they wurk like new
2,3 years old?
i forget
puncturing the neoprene 'bag' is apparently not much of a concern
and they are very cheap at autozone
: Hey Buz.......with your lift kit and air shox set up.......are you running aftermarket T bars or stock?
: How is the ride....smooth or stiff (like the ride with T bars cranked....)....do you "air -up" b4 you go off road or leave them the same setting all the time?
: Just wondering since I'm going to re-do mine sometime soon....maybe go to a SAS....who knows.
