fixing rechargeable nickel cad batteries

i used the truck 12 volt battery

u can feel the nickel cads heat up real fast
i suggest using yor bare hand to hold them
so it dun explode or wutever
it takes maybe 2 seconds to heat up
i'd wear a face shield...
if u just hold it on, esp. using a welder, i'd expect explosion/fire/etc. AND you'll get burned BAD
i used a small wire which got real hot too

apparently, little battery positive goes to source positive ...
it did put a small charge in my AAA's
i'm charging them to see if it wurkd
