Tokico Shock Confusion??

So I ordered front and rear Tokico shocks from partstrain.com and they ship the package, then I get a confirmation that I have been refunded because they didn't have the rear tokico shocks in stock.

So I check their website and it still says yes they do--I "chat" with the live help and they tell me they don't even CARRY the rear shocks. So I told them to update their page before more people make the same mistake. All of this to say--

Where can I get the Tokico rear shocks (T38GE3638)? I have the front, I just want to keep the brand the same from front to back. Any suggestions? I am wary of online retailers saying they have it in stock after that screw-up.
