All the aftermarket junk that's now under the hood; e.g. thermostat, coolant, plugs, wires, filters, sensors, valves and so forth. You're driving a JAPANESE vehicle, not a Chevy so you just can't throw parts from an American auto parts store under the hood and expect a Japanese vehicle to operate perfectly like it did when it left the factory in Japan.

Oldest dirty trick in the book: The prior owner recharged knowing there was an existing leak. So the new refrigerant simply leaked out over a period of days. The prior owner may have also added a system "sealant" to delay the inevitable leakage.
You'll be having more self inflicted problems for years to come with your "mechanic in a can" and "all the parts I need can be found at Autozone" approach to trying to making a Japanese vehicle reliable.
