help !!!!!

i just had a head gasket replaced on my 93 toy 4x4 22re and have noticed when im stopped with my foot on the brake the idle will bog down then rev back up but as soon as i take my foot off the brake it idles just fine. have you ever heard of anything like this ? thanks for any help...
